Each donor needs a unique token in column J (Token) of the DONORS sheet.
Their personal link will be: tracker.engo.org/?token=THEIR_TOKEN
Tokens can be any random string (e.g. x7k9mP2q). Old ?donor=ID links still work.

All data is managed in the Google Sheet. To make changes:
1. Click "Open Google Sheet" above.
2. UPDATES tab — add new stages, photo URLs (column F), GPS coordinates (G/H).
3. DONORS tab — allocate donations (col H) and add tokens (col J).
4. Changes appear automatically within a few minutes.
Photos: Upload to Google Drive → Share → "Anyone with link" → paste URL in column F of UPDATES.
GPS: Right-click on Google Maps → copy coordinates → paste into columns G (lat) & H (lng).
Tokens: Add any random string (e.g. x7k9mP2q) to column J of DONORS. Use the generator above.
